In 1987 I moved to Helsinki Finland to teach at the Oulunkylan Pop/Jazz Konsevatory. I think the Konservatory has gone through a few changes since then. The students I had were extremely talented and it was an overall great experience. If the damn winters hadn't been so dark and cold I'd probably still be there, but............ I'm a sun man and a desert rat at heart so I'm in a good place now.
